  This was a pretty bad experience!
  
  We were seated pretty quick. A few tables around us had small children, with some toddlers screaming and running intermittently.
  
  The menus had crusty food/sauce on them and the table felt like it had some sort of film on it.
  
  I had ordered a beer off of the draft list and it came to me in an unopened can, no glass.
  
  We asked about the special and were told that boneless wings were half off. We ordered those along with a chips+chili con queso appetizer.
  
  The dip was lukewarm but otherwise ok. The wings were fine and came out quickly. Some of them were overcooked to the point where the chicken inside was very tough.
  
  When the bill came, we had two charges for ranch (the menu said your meal comes with celery, carrots blue cheese or ranch...it didn't say there was a charge to get one of those items) and the wings were certainly not half off. Rather, they were specially priced.
  
  Poor atmosphere, bad service, wrong items and low quality food make this location a no-go for me.

  When we initially walked in on a Tuesday night 3 women workers were talking, looked at us, then turned back around & continued with their conversation. I stood there & waited until one of them finally said "table for two"? We were seated but no came to take our order. I finally got up & requested the manager. He came out & immediately sent someone over. Our waiter was fine no real issues there. When we were done the manager gave me a gift certificate on my way out to use on our next visit. His response to my issue is the only reason I will return. I just hope that this staff is retrained to understand that customers are not a burden or inconvenience but that we are their job security. They should also serve the customers with a smile b/c without us they wouldn't have anyone to greet, anyone to serve, or any hours to work.

  Horrible service every time I go. Always bringing the appetizer with the food. They make us feel as if we have to finish quick to get to their other customers I always feel rushed. Morning service it's bad they hardly have any workers on the floor
